    <title>A Wee Bit Off Track =/</title>

    <content type="html">well i went to a friend of mines game today&lt;br /&gt;slowpitch &lt;br /&gt;he's like 20 but whatever&lt;br /&gt;afterword he took my to and Ice cream place&lt;br /&gt;I was doing sooo well today&lt;br /&gt;I didn't get anything food wise I just got a shake &lt;br /&gt;I was pretty proud to resist all the tempting fatty foods and sweets.&lt;br /&gt;it was actaully a slushy which is like not that many calories &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food Intake Today :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kix Cereal :) love that stuff :P= 1 1/4 cup serving size =110 calories 2/3 cup of milk about 90 calories: 200 calories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I did'nt have lunch but I had some goldfish because I was pretty busy and an energy bar that was 220 calories and a monster drink= 200 calories &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;600 calories so far&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then I went for a horse back ride which I never do leasurely. Long Trotting which Is a great ab workout I'd say about 200 calories burned idk how to estimate that. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;came home &lt;br /&gt;had anouther handful of goldfish - 65 cals i'd say.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then I went to the game at about 6. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then went to the ice cream shop&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;slushie about 150 calories it was like really wattery&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then I came home and had a sandwich &lt;br /&gt;bread: 120 cals&lt;br /&gt;Meat: 80&lt;br /&gt;=200 cals &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nothing else since then. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;950 calories today&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I really tried to eat more. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And I did my workouts and I did some running today but not much kind of a busy day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;grocery shopping, riding, games, haning out with some friends. Workout, Now I'm here. &lt;br /&gt;Good day. :)</content>

    <title>Allright I just Wanna Make This Clear To Everyone</title>

    <content type="html">I'm 17 years old. I know I'm still very young but I've been living with my boyfriend for a couple years since my mother kicked me out after a fight. Either way I was a runner and in really good shape but when I moved in with my boyfriend I quit it all I was depressed and I felt that no one really cared about me I mean my mom didn't want me. That's when I started stress/emotionally eating for comfort. I didn't want him to know so I would always go out and buy the food and eat it before I got home. I started gaining weight like a lot and I know Randy noticed but he was good enough to me to still tell me I'm beautiful. When I had hit 160 pounds I'd gained 45 pounds. AMAZINGLY he was still with me even though I know he probably wanted to. But I've lost 20 pounds and I want to continue losing for me. I know people think I'm condicending. I still think I am at a slightly overweight (for me) weight still since I'd started out at 115. I'm not confortable at this weight I'm 140 I'm 5.5 my bmi is a 24 which is like a couple points off of being overweight but my old bmi used to be lik 29 but currently my body fat percent is 32.02 which is something i want to change so yea. I'm using this journal to keep track of my weight and monitor my progress and feel free to join me if you'd like I'd like all the support I can get and all that I can give.</content>

    <content type="html">Breakfast- Special K Cereal- 1 Cup=110 and 1/2 cup of 2% milk= 60 total= 170 calories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Snack- Granola Bar- 100 calories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch- Two Slices of Whole Wheat Bread =60 Calories a peice with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" making it around= 160 Calories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner- Homemade Chicken Quesadillas- Whole Wheat Tortillas- 120, Mozzerella Cheese- 1/4 cup-80 calories, peppers- 50 calories, chicken strips- 100= 350 calories &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dessert- Fruit Smooties Sugar Free :)) &lt;br /&gt;Watermelon- 35 calories&lt;br /&gt;Strawberries- 35 calories&lt;br /&gt;Crushed Ice- 0* calories= 70 calories</content>

My Name Is Victoria but call me Vicky or Vick. 
I'm 5.5 
I'm Short 
I weigh WAY more than a should
I'm 140 atm (EW) 
My lw: 115 (Goddess Then)
My Hw: 160 (I got that way from bingeing constantly)
My Gw: 115 again
I've been only eating 800 calories a day. 
I'm not fasting, I'm not going an unhealthy way
I Do 100 crunches a day
I also do 20 leg lifts, 20 push ups, and yoga 
yet I'm still a chubb. 
Does anyone have any tips?</content>
